Cold boxes

Aquatech Cold Box is designed and developed at Industrial Design Centre of Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai with Technical input form Heat Transfer and Industrial design disciplines. The inside temperature maintained is -18oC with minimal rise in temperature of 0.7oC. In order to double layer and prevent heat loss, this box and lids are insulated by using Poly Urethane Fibre.

Boxes are provided ergonomic handles for convenience in handling and stacking. Usually these boxes are used to transport frozen food or ice. In such cases space inside the transport in maximum utilized when these type of handles are fitted to the boxes.
